Small fixes.
Real relief.

A website that isn't doing its job. A repetitive task you keep putting off. A small app that works everywhere except where you need it. I help find the problem, build a practical improvement, test it, and show you how to keep it running.

These are example starting scopes, not automatic quotes. I'll check the existing setup and agree the price in writing before work begins.

What I can take on

Two good places to start

01 / Existing website

Website fix sprint

From $450 for one defined improvement

For a page, form, mobile interaction, or broken step that needs attention—not a surprise full redesign.

  • One reproducible, agreed issue
  • Relevant functional and mobile checks
  • One review round, backup/rollback and handoff notes

Not included: full rebranding, migrations, new integrations, or ongoing maintenance.

02 / Repeated admin work

Workflow mini-build

From $900 for one bounded workflow

For a tedious copy-and-paste, intake, routing, or reporting step that can work more reliably.

  • One trigger and up to two existing systems
  • Input checks, errors and human review where needed
  • Working demonstration and short operating guide

Not included: enterprise-wide systems, autonomous customer decisions, or unlimited support.

Unsure where the problem lives?

Start with a diagnostic.

For an unfamiliar site or AI-generated app, I'll inspect one reported problem, document what I can reproduce, and write a repair scope before promising a fix.

New case study Staged design rescue

From AI template
to an actual identity.

What happens after the one-prompt website? I took an intentionally generic fictional car-detailing site, kept the business brief, and rebuilt its identity, mobile experience, service presentation and quote flow.

The original and the new site are both documented. No invented reviews, clients, bookings or performance claims.

Pine & Polish is a fictional portfolio exercise, not a commissioned client project.

A little proof of how I build

Simple on purpose

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell me the annoying part.

A few lines, a URL, or a screenshot are enough to start. No sales call is required.

  2. 02

    Get a written scope.

I'll check what is involved, state what's included and excluded, and quote before building.

  3. 03

    Review and take ownership.

You see the result, request one consolidated round of changes, and get a handoff you can actually use.

You can start by email

What would make your day easier?

You don't need to know the right technical words. Tell me what happens now and what you wish happened instead. If the job isn't a fit, I'll say so.

Open to a few small projects: websites, apps and automation.

If you can, mention

  • What you needa few lines is plenty
  • When you need ita date, or no rush
  • A rough budgeta range is fine

No fixed prices. Tell me the budget and I’ll say what fits. See example project scopes and starting prices.

What happens after you email

  1. You email what you need; I reply by email with questions.
  2. A written, fixed-scope proposal.
  3. I build it, and hand it over with everything you need to run it.
